In February a little 6
month puppy dog got bought into the Irlam centre, found wondering the
streets. He’s not got one hair on his body, he has mange and it appears
someone has tried to cut his tail off! He has a lump on his eye and one on
his groin area. He is in isolation at
the moment but in spite of all his problems is a happy loving little dog.
The cost of his vet bills will be astronomical. This sort of thing is going
on in our communities, with many other animals in similar states”.
